针对含噪信号的有效奇异值个数难以确定的问题,提出了一种改进的奇异值分解降噪方法--奇异值累积法。该方法通过计算奇异值的实际下降值与奇异值平均下降速度累积量的差值,并取该差值最大值点的位置作为有效奇异值的分界点来确定有效奇异值的个数。在此基础上,提出了一种基于奇异值累积法与快速谱峭度的滚动轴承故障诊断方法。采用奇异值累积法对原信号进行降噪处理,然后利用快速谱峭度确定滤波器中心频率及带宽,通过分析频段包络谱中明显的频率成分来诊断故障。该方法可以有效去除信号中的噪声,使得到的峭度值所反映的故障冲击更接近实际情况。对含内圈、外圈故障的滚动轴承实验数据进行分析,实验结果表明,相比快速谱峭度的故障诊断方法,该方法具有更好的故障识别效果。 相似文献

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are applied in many time-critical applications, e.g., industrial automation and smart grid. This highlights the importance of Delay Constrained Relay Node Placement (DCRNP) problem that builds a path fulfilling a specified delay constraint between each sensor and the sink by using a minimum number of relays. Due to the NP-hardness of the DCRNP problem, in this paper, a polynomial time Subtree-and-Mergence-based Algorithm (SMA) is proposed to approximately solve the DCRNP problem. First, a shortest path tree rooted at the sink and connecting all sensors is built to check the feasibility of the DCRNP problem. If the DCRNP problem is feasible, then the paths of this tree are progressively merged at some relays, which are not limited to those relays lying in the originally the originally built shortest path tree, to save deployed relays while maintaining the obedience of delay constraints. With the repetition of this mergence, the number of deployed relays is gradually reduced. Furthermore, the approximation ratio and the time complexity of the proposed SMA are elaborately analyzed. Finally, extensive simulations are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of this work. In performing pavement life cycle assessment (LCA), users are facing various reports of energy intensity coefficient (EIC) of pavement materials which differ considerably among data sources and therefore alter the LCA results significantly. Instead of selecting a certain EIC without or of little explanation for the current pavement LCA practices, this study proposed a methodology to build probability density function (PDF) for EIC based on available data-set and their qualities. Each data was first evaluated about the data quality indicator (DQI) through data quality pedigree matrix and converted to PDF in modified Beta distribution form. Three weighting methods, the DQI one, coefficient of variation (COV) one and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) one, were developed to assign weightings for different data. Monte Carlo simulation was run with the weighted PDF of each data as input to obtain the ultimate PDF for EIC. A case study to estimate the bitumen’s EIC with eight data samples were performed using the proposed methodology. It is found (1): the estimates by the proposed methodology is of higher reliability (lower COV) compared to any single data due to utilisation of information of the overall data samples; (2) the AHP weighting method is most favoured despite the results of the three weighting methods are close; (3) the central estimates of bitumen’s EIC are between5.4~5.8 MJ/kg. A series of polyethylene glycol-linked Gemini fatty alcohol phosphate surfactants (GFAP) were prepared with long chain n-alkanol (C = 8, 12, 16, 18), polyethylene glycol (PEG-200, PEG-400, PEG-600, PEG-800, PEG-1000) and phosphorus oxychloride (POCl3). The structure of the prepared surfactants was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR). The surfactants were employed for the modification of chrome-tanned leather. The morphological changes of chrome-tanned leather and modified chrome-tanned leather were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The relationship between the alkyl chain length and molecular weight of the PEG and the hydrophobicity, softness, mechanical strength of modified chrome-tanned leather was also discussed. The experimental results showed that the mechanical strength and softness of modified chrome-tanned leather were enhanced with an increase of alkyl chain length, while the hydrophobicity, mechanical strength and softness were decreased with an increase of molecular weight of the PEG. The hydrophobicity, mechanical strength and softness of modified chrome-tanned leather were optimized for an alkyl chain length of 16. Therefore, 16–200 Gemini phosphate surfactants with an alkyl chain length of 16 and a PEG molecular weight of 200 have a good comprehensive modification effect on Chrome-tanned leather, the tensile strength, tear strength and softness of modified chrome-tanned leather are 57.07 N mm−2, 79.49 N mm−1, 9.73 mm, respectively. 相似文献

济阳坳陷下古生界潜山具有多样性、复杂性的特点,潜山差异性的形成演化、油气成藏主控因素和控藏模式不明确,严重制约了该区潜山油气勘探。在潜山分类的基础上,综合利用系统恢复、分类对比和典型解剖等方法,揭示了济阳坳陷下古生界不同类型潜山的形成演化过程和油气成藏主控因素差异性,分类建立了油气成藏模式。研究表明,济阳坳陷下古生界主要发育高位新盖侵蚀残丘潜山、中位古盖拉张断块潜山、中位新古盖拉张剪切断块潜山、中位中古盖挤压拉张断块潜山和低位古盖拉张滑脱断块潜山5种潜山类型。不同类型潜山的形成演化和油气成藏各具特色,其中,高位新盖侵蚀残丘潜山的发育受隆升、侵蚀作用控制,油气成藏主要受控于油源和盖层条件,表现为"单向供烃、砂体-不整合岩溶体联合输导、残丘控藏"的成藏模式;中位古盖拉张断块潜山的发育受掀斜、断裂作用控制,油气成藏主要受控于储集条件,表现为"单向供烃、顺向断层输导、反向断层控藏"的成藏模式;中位新古盖拉张剪切断块潜山的发育受反转、翘倾和走滑切割作用控制,油气成藏主要受控于输导条件,表现为"多源供烃、断溶体立体输导、断裂控藏"的成藏模式;中位中古盖挤压拉张断块潜山的形成受强烈挤压、拉张滑脱作用控制,油气成藏主要受控于储集条件,表现为"多源供烃、断缝体输导、断褶控藏"的成藏模式;低位古盖拉张滑脱断块潜山的形成受强烈拉张滑脱作用控制,油气成藏主要受控于输导条件,表现为"顶部供烃、断缝体输导、断裂控藏"的成藏模式。 相似文献

采用“热轧+冷轧+退火”工艺对N18锆合金板进行再加工,通过X射线法分析板的表面残余应力,采用EBSD技术分析晶界取向差角分布和大小角度晶界。结果表明,热轧后N18锆合金板的表面残余应力呈现无规律分布状态;冷轧后板的表面残余应力均为压应力,其大小随着冷轧变形量的增加而增加;退火后板的表面残余应力值处于较低水平,当退火制度为500 ℃×2 h时,残余应力处于最低水平;退火后,板的微观结构以小角度晶界为主,且随着退火温度的升高,小角度晶界的密度先增加后趋于稳定。 相似文献
